Our Story
FROM ONE Idea TO Rich Hills' BOLDEST GYM
Muscle Brigade started in 2018 with a single idea while I was thinking about retirement. We turned this Idea into reality when we bought Rich Hill Tiger Fitness in 2021.
What began as a jokingly conversation on, "when you going to sell Rich Hill Tiger Fitness" to a 6 month venture of buying and Making it Muscle Brigade!
We're not a franchise. We're not a chain. We're a brigade — a community of people who believe that showing up is the hardest part, and that once you do, we've got the rest.
